1. Eligibility
You must be 21 years or older or otherwise legally eligible under State and Federal law to purchase hemp products. You agree to provide accurate information and comply with all applicable laws.
2. Compliance with State Law
Blissful Budz operates in accordance with State and Federal hemp regulations and the 2018 U.S. Farm Bill. Our products contain less than 0.3% Delta-9 THC on a dry weight basis. You are responsible for understanding and following all laws related to the purchase, possession, and use of hemp products in your jurisdiction.
3. Product Purchases and Payment
- Availability: All sales are subject to product availability, age verification, and compliance checks.
- Payment: We accept payment methods listed at checkout. All payments are securely processed through third-party providers.
- Cancellations: We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders for reasons including failure to verify age, compliance concerns, product inventory, or suspected fraud.
4. Shipping and Delivery
Delivery is available only to approved locations, subject to verification requirements. You must be present with valid identification at the time of delivery, if applicable.

7. Indemnity
To the maximum extent allowed by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Blissful Budz and its representatives from any claims, damages, or expenses (including attorney fees) arising from your use of the Services or your violation of these Terms.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent allowed by applicable law, Blissful Budz shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. In no event shall our total liability exceed the greater of the amount you paid to Blissful Budz or $100.00.
9. Dispute Resolution (Binding Arbitration)
- General: Any dispute arising out of these Terms or our Services will be resolved by binding arbitration rather than in court. By agreeing to these terms, you waive your right to a trial by jury.
- No Class Actions: You may only bring claims against Blissful Budz in an individual capacity and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class or representative proceeding.
- Arbitrator: Arbitration will be governed by JAMS under its Optional Expedited Arbitration Procedures.
10. Governing Law and Changes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time, and continued use of our Services indicates acceptance of the updated Terms.
